The tone of a school cannot be divorced from its facilities and environment. It is a thing of pride that facilities in New Horizons College are constantly being upgraded to meet the students' needs. The facilities in the College include:

- Bursary / Accounts Department
- Human and Material Resource Department
- 6 Vocational students/workshops
- 4 gardens within the classroom block (one with goldfish pond)
- 3 underground water reservoirs
- 2 Sick bays
- Administrative offices
- 2 Hostels (each containing more than 25 rooms and administrative offices)
- 2 Mosques
- 2 computer rooms (with 40 computers in each one)
- Sports field
- Internet connectivity
- CCTV around the school grounds and in the hostels
- Water purification system
- Fully equipped library with audio-visual section
- Staff cafeteria
